Catherine Ambrozewicz, Founder & Executive Coach

I help executives and founders decisively navigate complex environments with confidence and ease. I approach coaching with empathy, a sharp intellect, and a good dose of humor. Clients repeatedly tell me that what sets me apart is my uncanny ability to quickly laser in on the heart of the problem, uncovering new perspectives, insights, and possibilities.

I am fascinated by what makes truly remarkable leaders do great work and leave a lasting impact; while many others struggle with the sense that they are operating at a fraction of their potential. What causes this gap? What are the most powerful methods to close the gap and operate at a much higher level than before?

I now know beyond doubt that we are highly unlikely to close this gap on our own: we need powerful support. This is what drives and inspires my work. I see your greater potential. I help you uncover the patterns that hold you back. I partner with you to build the pathway to the results that matter most to you.
